Overall, OK release, only a few keepers. Can't argue with free though.

Yah.  It took me about an hour and a half to download and I only found about three songs that really were keepers.  Suprisingly, I wasn't impressed with all of the mainstream artists I had heard before and ended up liking the artists who were new to me.  I would have to say that my favorite was The drifter - by child in disguise.  Overall I was pleased to add this to my collection and will no doubt warm up to some of the others later...

Am I missing something? It seems my DL only includes he MP3 versions. Where's the AIFF?

Also, I hate to admit it but I really don't like that ET Noisia mix. EDIT: It's good but not as good as I wanted it to be.

EDIT2: I honestly really enjoyed the Koan and Beggars tune on the free album. It's the first (what I'd call) proper Foreign Beggars song I've heard in a long time. sick instrumentals from KOAN and no ridiculous nonsense from FB. Alone Time was pretty awesome though. Sooooo liquid.

I was going to use the Klaypex remix of E.T. but the Noisia remix was more in key.

heres the KOAN Sound/Foreign Beggars track for those who dont want to download the pack.  Favorite of mine so far, although I only listened to about half the tunes in the pack so far

Ill be honest, I didnt think it would work...those two spitting on a KOAN sound tune.  First glitch/rap song I have heard...must say I like it

I'll take 'em in ALAC, or WAV even, I'd just convert to AIFF. Space isn't an issue for me yet with my library.

I uploaded a couple of my recordings yesterday. If anyone wants a 24bit/96khz copy, I can get you FLAC or ALAC (the WAV file is almost 100mb), but for now, here's.... whatever soundcloud transcoded it to: http://soundcloud.com/jworl

Also, check out Matt Lange's new album: http://www.beatport.com/release/altered-tensions-the-answer-to-the-question-you-forgot-to-ask/876880
