If you haven't heard UKF's second newest release yet, do it now. I haven't stopped listening to this song for a good 3 days now.

Saw Dirty South at Life In Color two weekends ago, probably the best set I've heard since going dance music events aside from when I saw kaskade live at his atmosphere tour in NYC @ barclays.

I love his style of progressive, I am not really into the electro stuff coming from hardwell, nicky romero, and you know the rest.. bassjackers, martin garrix etc. Played a lot of his own music, until the end michael brun remix, devils work remix, rift, a excellent leave the world behind (SHM & Laidback Luke) vs alive (dirty south & thomas gold) mashup that went ham.

anyways he played this ID, I know its called payback and its AWESOME!!! Love everything from size records this past year..

i know its ****ty quality but still, i am really loving where steve angello and his record label is taking dance music... i just love how you hear those big beats while still hearing the small breaks and drops in the background
Same with SLVR

Same with this track... love hearing the build up, don't give a **** about the drop the build up is just so AMAZING

favorite track of 2013 aside from grand finale by arty

Loved half of this and enjoyed most of it. Some songs were just meh.
My favourites:
Flux Pavilion - Gold Love
Ellie Goulding - Explosions (Gemini Remix)
Zomboy - Mind Control
Rollz - Burn Up (Dabin Remix)
Juventa - Move Into Light feat. Erica Curran (Koven Remix)
Koven - More Than You
Xilent - Boss Wave
More than you and Boss Wave were possibly my favourite songs of 2013.

Any fans of the more experimental side of electronic music?

Examples:

Autechre, Tim Hecker, Alva Noto, Christian Fennesz and Ben Frost all in the same post??!
I salute you for your supreme musical taste!
Can't believe how little mention these artists have in this thread, they are the best of the best at what they do.
This post is GOLD!
Some of my favorite electronic acts right there.

To bad the video links didn't go through this quote so here's the link of the post.

Here are some more stuff I apprecciate:
I should warn that if you are looking for rudimentary and acessible beats or something to just make your body move this is not for you... this is more experimental, meditative, emotional or intelectual stuff, generally this requires a more effort for proper apprecciation.

I guess this could be called progressive electronic pop or something. I'm really loving it.
