No worries, i appreciate the feedbacks and suggestions on methods to optimise the tour mechanics. After all, we are rather new to Head-Fi's forum, i hope to seek the Head-Fiers' kind understanding if we were to err in the planning of the events framework over at HeadFi.

Hello there! What logistical questions would you have? For this Tour's mechanics, Effect Audio will undertake the cost of shipping to the reviewers worldwide, while selected reviewers would have to ship back to Effect Audio Lab (again on Effect Audio's cost) after every audition/loan period. Meanwhile, please feel free to reach out if theres further queries. Again, sorry for getting back so late.

I haven't yet listened to Empire Ears or Effect Audio products, and have only had one opportunity to listen to Empire Ears. Neither product gets around much at European meets.
I've got the UERR in house, and have more stuff coming. My primary overear headphone is the HD600. My full equipment list is in my profile.
 
My review index also shows the source of the reviewed item. You'll see that several are from tours.
 
Can we get some more specific data about the timeline of the reviews? How fast do you want them? When will the items ship out? Right now I'm assuming the IEMs would ship soon, which might be difficult for my timings--I've got more time around Christmas time; and that the loan time is just listening time, with review writing expected to happen afterwards. Correct me if my assumptions are wrong.

Heyy buddy, no worries about it. I agree reviewers undertake a certain amount of burden due to the handling of this high value item. Besides, we're rather new on the forum, therefore I understand your apprehension. No hard feelings, hopefully you may partake in our future activities!

Heyy ~ Good question! I haven't thought to state the timeline and stuffs. Regards to the timeline where reviewers are supposed to upload the reviews, im thinking of 10-14 days based on the date where "Arthur" is shipped back to us. I reckon it's a rather reasonable time frame unless you have strong objections. We're looking to commence shipping Early - Mid Nov if there isn't delays. The loan time is purely listening time [and yes, im still arguing for an extension, i've yet to forget ]

That's wonderful news to hear. Though it hardly matters to me since I only auditioned 60 minutes. XD

But it's more than enough for me to write a 15 page impression

And yes I am still writing it. The ARTHUR truly is a product deserving of such effort from me.
