Earsonics EM 10

Hi @Onurb8690 , I'm for around 10 years in the CIEM market, I had several different brands and at the end my favourite CIEMs remain EarSonics' products. The EM10 is without a doubt better than the EM64, that's the big sound which surrounds you, whereas the EM64 is a more live approach. I prefer the EM10, I never encountered frustration in listening to music with them, tone is accurate, dynamic takes feelings in, trebles are deliciously harmonics... The EM64 is quicker, smaller, stronger and I like it just to change tastes, after a while I come back to the EM10. Among the SE5 Ultimate, VE8, Phantom, FIBAE7 or other TOTL, the EM10 is technically competent, but emotional and beautiful. A very special and involving tuning.
Sorry for my poor English, morning here... ^^

First of all thanks for your reply, I am quite inclined to move straight to EM10, what did you mean by the "stronger" EM64?

The EM64 has a bass' shorter decay and a smaller soundstage, the imaging is quite bolder than EM10's one. As @davidmolliere said, EM64's transient response is very quick, coupled with a bold imaging you get a strong CIEM which can sometime be too much.

Even so, the EM10 has a strong bass right? I like bass

Stronger bass than many other TOTL, but not the strongest, perfect balance to me. That's not a bassy CIEM, but clearly north of neutral. The EM64 is almost neutral, the EM10 are tuned for direct pleasure regardless of any other consideration.

Overall then, I realize it's great because there are no perfect Iem's / c'iem, each one distinguishes their own way. But for the emotion, quality, pleasure in listening to the EM10 makes it unique, so you say that you have not found any other that ultimately gives you this pleasure of musicality and surrounding, always comes back to him. I think I'm thinking well. I confess that I also have a "soft spot" for the brand, and this is only due for good reasons.

You certainly can't go wrong with either the EM10 or the Grace. I will add the Grace is the best fitting, most comfortable Universal I have ever used, followed by the AION Layla, which is much bigger.

I must move to the EM10, because it is "custom", and as I value the insulation, because as I mentioned, normally in my work always has a pressure of db's around 80/90. . . .

Sure is one of my favorites already!

Good morning, how are you? Before another good year 2020 hehehe, well do you think the DX160 can handle the EM10 well? It's just that my DX160 has arrived, and this is really impressive, I'm listening to my Velvet V2 with source cable on output 3.5, still wondering if you buy the brand HR 3.5 would you notice a difference? Now is gaining courage to buy the EM10 hehehe, I got in touch with the brand and really they are coming with that cable now, and the insulation as we talked about, they told me that the EM10 is about 30db, which really is really very good , and depending on the setting, can even overcome. By the way, do you use EQ when listening to your DX160? I only activated the "gain" function, but I can only get up to 70% volume, because more than that is already very sound even hehehe

Yes DX160 is a great pairing with the EM10, this DAP pairs well with about everything anyway
I never use EQ as a general rule, and I am always on low gain DX160 is powerful that way :p

I didn't need to buy the HR cable as it's now included with the EM10 so I own it and yes it's a nice cable...Yes you would notice a difference the former cables were really so so...
