The Senn 450 or 550 should fit your bill.
Others you might want to consider are the Sharp MD33 and the Panasonic HJE50.
I do not own the Sharp but have both Panasonic HJE50 and Sony MDR EX71.
The Panasonic are much clearer and more detailed than the Sony and is easier to drive than the Sony.
