I went and had my ear impressions done by the local audiologist today for my Freqshows. She put the two impressions in the box but did not mark the left or right mold. Will this cause a problem or will Freq know which one is which? Also, should she have also indicated the orientations of the molds, meaning which side faces up or down?

I guess not. It is actually quite easy to figure out which side it is by looking at the impression. Unless the people who makes the mold over at FreQ are careless, I doubt that they will make them the wrong way. If you are worry, just give FreQ a call and tell them about it.
