Well at least i now know how the rickmonster got sick !!! It is all the fault of AC/DC's "Stiff Upper Lip" at 115db SPL !

Indeed, Top Fuelers are grand. As much as I value my hearing, and know how bad it is, I still love it. Everyone should see at least one race, just to see, feel, smell, and hear the power. Ah...

whoa crazy.. that collapse lung thing sounds scary. the high freq isnt sooo bad in my truck but the bass is pretty nasty.

and no headphones i have ever heard can produce that amount of bass that you hear closest maybe etys because they seal with your ear. im thinkin of gettin the JBL 1200w mono amp ... hehehe

Hate to say it, but treble or bass they're equally damaging. loud is loud. They just affect the cilia in different parts of your ear...
