You can buy a reasonably-priced kit for both the Corda HA-1 (from Meier Audio) and the Mapletree Ear+ (from Mapletree Audio Design). Both of these are said to be quite good.

PCB + all parts.
the op amp is LM833N. Whatever that is. It's made by National Semiconductor. I imagine all the parts are cheapo though.. I have no clue, really.
