I am trying to rip a CD to an image(CUE + WAVE file) with EAC. However, right after it gets done deteching the pre-track gaps an error box pops up saying:

Unhandled exception
at Gaps.2768-> INDEX-RANGE

There is an Ok button in the box and when i click on it EAC closes.

The EAC version is .9 beta 4
This happens with either of my drives Pioneer 106s and Plextor 12/10/32a
It only happens with one particualr CD: Wanda Landowska Goldberg Variations.
I've ripped numerous other CDs in the same way without any problems.

Does anybody know what is causing this and how i can get around it/fix it?

Since you have a Plextor, have you tried PlexTools Pro?

No, I took a look at the free download of PlexTools Pro XL and as far as I can tell it doesn't do CUE sheets.
If you do know how to have it rip a whole CD to a WAV file and a create a cue sheet please tell.
Edit: Oops ok i just overlooked it in a very obvious place.

Still I would really like to figure out the EAC problem as PlexTools is just a demo and isn't free. I know what an unhandled exception is but anybody know why it is throwing it or if there is anything i can do to avoid it?

Does this happen with every CD or just one particular CD? I thought you mentioned that it only happened with the Goldberg Variations CD... it's possible that it has something to do with how they burned it. If every other CD rips fine in EAC, I don't think you should worry about it much.

Try downloading 0.95 beta 1 and see if the issue still exists.
