e500's for $399...should i bite?

i agree with the guys above... you could do much better than $399 if you look around a little bit. i got mine for $300 shipped from a fellow head-fier (NIB as well). And i say wait around for the release and some reviews of the westone 3 before you buy your IEMs... they could be well worth the wait. and even if they don't appeal to you, mounds of E500s are bound to show up on the FS forum shortly after May 21st

I bought from a reseller off Ebay

325.00 to my door with 2nd day delivery

I had an issue after 5 days and he took them back, no questions, immediately sent me another brand new pair. He offered 7 days money back or replacement.

I contacted Shure to ask about the purchase and they told me that the base of the phones have a serial number on them, I should just use that serial to register the product and Im covered for 2 years, doesnt seem as though I needed to buy them through a local "dealer"

All in all for $325.00 they are one of the best IEMS on the market

yeah like was said , not a good deal.
the going price for them on ebay is around 320$ .
for 399$ i'd personally would buy the Westone 3s and get the deal with the free minibox d ^^

I ordered Westone 3 and can't wait to try them. But iam sure after Westone 3 release Shure E500 price goes down again.
