I think what might have happened is that since DX340 has added harmonic adjustment settings for customizable tuning, which happens at the FPGA level, iBasso wanted to differentiate it from FPGA Master 2.0 that is in the D16 by naming it 3.0, even though it is essentially the same otherwise, so it just looks like they forgot to update that sticker. I hope the adjustments actually sound good though, my experience with similar harmonic adjustment with Hiby is that the default setting sounds the best anyway, so I'm interested to see how usable iBasso's harmonic adjustment will be.

How does it sound compared to the previous DAPs? Is it hugely better? The problem with Ibasso is even the Dx180 sounds really good but a great problem to have.

Isnt the 7.5x higher IUT units = a different chip than the FPGA 2 ?

Wait a sec it's LUT units, (LookUp Table units), basically means bigger FPGA to handle more instructions such as the harmonic adjustment. This is the diagram of 2.0 and 3.0

The FPGA of the Dx340 is Mster3.0. Our mistake on the cover sheet on the current DX340s being sent out. It will be changed from 2.0 to 3.0 on the next batch. Only 3.0 has the harmonic settings and all the other improvements, at least as far as I am aware of.

Dammmnnnn this is nice! By far the nicest build quality I’ve experienced from iBasso, reminds me a little of the DX200 Ti but just even better in terms of build.

Lovely accessories. Comes with tempered glass and “regular” protector for the front and back, and plenty of them as well!

Size comparison pics are to the SP3000M. While the DAP is tall and heavy I think it’s still great in hand due to the more reasonable thickness and width.

Best looking DAP Ibasso ever made! How did you get one so fast when Bloom does not have them? Direct from Ibasso?

Yeah I tend to buy from iBasso directly, it's the way I've been purchasing from them for years so I've just stuck with it.

Congrat!!! Beautiful screen!!! I heard it has NOS mode!!! How is it ?

Here’s the filters you can choose from, I haven’t really messed with them yet. Initial listening impressions from me so far are really positive but I’ll give it some cooking time first.
