Currently my favorite setup to get the Desktop mode on the go. I bought this power-bank since ages ago and just got the chance to actually use its DC out feature. For the cable, it’s a DX340 Custom DC cable made by Verus Audio. The connector to the DX340 is snug and fit’s perfectly.

For the sound profile, I find it to be very full bodied compared to the DC adapter and slightly darker background. DC adapter is way too noisy since my house electricity isn’t treated. The noise floor is much lower that’s ignorable for me.

I have been loving the macbeth with the DX340 as well since it drives it like a charm. Just pure delicious highs by this chain.
I have done the same as you : bought shargeek and the same cable from verus but it happens a strange thng and i am not able to find a solution yet : after i have setted shargeek to dc out 12v and activate it i am able to works with the amplifier but after 10 minutes exactly on the shargeek the dc-out icon disappers and the amplifier on the dx340 naturally stops to work ... any suggestion?

Hmm interesting. I am using same cable and powerbank but mine works fine. In the options menu where you turn on the DC, it shows 12.0v?

i have setted 12.0volt yes correct
i have tries many times exactly every 10 minutes it stops to work as DC-OUT
Are you using Amp 16?

Assuming the Shargeek has an auto shutoff when current draw is below a certain threshold, that could be the reason. In my experience with Amp 15 and 16, the current draw differs a lot. Amp 15 draws more than 50 mA in normal use whereas Amp 16 draws less than 50 mA until you crank up the volume.

A work around if above is true is to power your DX340 from the power bank so the current draw is increased.

That is odd.

In other news...I am one day too late! Bloom sold out of their amp14s...:disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved:

Ive tried mixing and matching a lot of battery banks and cables and chargers. Newer high end chargers and battery packs have chips in them that will actually turn off the power supply if the power drawn is below a certain threshold. This is especially tru for anything sporting the P.D. certification. This was happening on just about every battery pack I tried when using the amp 16. I have since went back to the 15 and have been using it with an anker 737 power bank using a usbc to 12v 1.35mm cable and utilizing the IQ usb a port to charge the 340 and have not had this issue anymore. As people have stated the amp 16 just does not pull enough power unless you crank it up.
There is another 340 forum that has a lot of good information on building your own battery packs that would prevent this from happening.

i use default amp so i suppose it is 15
"A work around if above is true is to power your DX340 from the power bank so the current draw is increased."
i have tried also to connect to the same shargekcable usb-c(dx340) usb-a (shargeek) to charge dx340 battery at the same time of the dc-out cable
the result is the same 10 minutes and disconnect

I think the problem is the shargeek, because when I select the dc-out, even if there is no cable connected exactly after 10 minutes the icon on the display disappears

One more possibility - I initially thought all I need to enable SG mode was to plug in 12V. While I did see the icon in the upper left, I heard no change in volume. I then went into Audio settings and saw that the option "DC-IN Super Gain" was not enabled and needed to switch to enable. Only then did the SG mode activate and I got a 10-15 level boost in volume.

Edit - missed one last possibility. What headphones are you using because if it's high impedance, it may not pull enough current. For example, when I use the burn in cable, it does NOT pull enough current to keep the power bank turned on.
