Same problem for me, OTA says no updates are available and local update fails. Maybe region locked for US?
Flash it with tool. BEST way to do update. I added link to my flash guide but have not tried it myself.

If you know of a better method for Mac OS that would be great! Otherwise, I guess Mac users will have to wait for OTA.

Sorry is this was asked before, I was wondering if the equalizer and parametric equalizer only work with local files, but not with streaming apps like tidal or apple music?
Only local files using the iBasso player. For streaming, you need a system wide PEQ like Wavelet or PowerampEQ. I tried both and they work equally well, just a UI preference.

I just received mine today. I emailed Jutem when it was at the 38 day mark and it was shipped out maybe 2 days after. That was last week. Also, no tariffs were charged to me and I am in Texas.
Show off your case!

I am helping someone here and I found him a used business class Dell for $135 off E-bay just for flashing etc. I wish there was a way to use MAC to flash. I do know you have to unzip the 1st zip and place on SD card like pic below.

I have an m3 mac I will try to see if I can get it to work with parallels which is a virtual machine that will run windows tomorrow. I was able to get it to flash your manual way using my windows computer. I noticed that they improved PD charging based on the change log. I will see if the 340 will charge off of the PD devices I have as well now.

VMware Fusion is free. But I didn't try if the tool will work on not.

Thanks! That's the step missing in the instructions - unzip the download and then open the folder and copy that zip file to sd card or internal drive and it will work!

Glad you were able to get it to work. I have that extracted zip in both internal storage and sd card. The updater sees both files, but sends a 'failed to install update package.' Not a big deal. I can wait for the OTA.

UPDATE: Successfully updated using Recovery Mode.

For those who get the "Failed to install update package" message: just perform a "Wipe data/factory reset" before (and after) the update. It's a good practice anyway.

Currently my favorite setup to get the Desktop mode on the go. I bought this power-bank since ages ago and just got the chance to actually use its DC out feature. For the cable, it’s a DX340 Custom DC cable made by Verus Audio. The connector to the DX340 is snug and fit’s perfectly.

For the sound profile, I find it to be very full bodied compared to the DC adapter and slightly darker background. DC adapter is way too noisy since my house electricity isn’t treated. The noise floor is much lower that’s ignorable for me.

I have been loving the macbeth with the DX340 as well since it drives it like a charm. Just pure delicious highs by this chain.
I have done the same as you : bought shargeek and the same cable from verus but it happens a strange thng and i am not able to find a solution yet : after i have setted shargeek to dc out 12v and activate it i am able to works with the amplifier but after 10 minutes exactly on the shargeek the dc-out icon disappers and the amplifier on the dx340 naturally stops to work ... any suggestion?
