Thanks for confirming! I was worried about the difference 1.3mm vs 1.35mm ID

If you're looking for a cable to use with your LPSU, I found one on Aliexpress.
Polarity seems to be correct based on reviews.

I just found this on AliExpress:
$38.00 | Audiocrast Hifi OCC Copper wire gx16 DC plug DC cable linear power cable GX16-2P TO DC3513 (3.5*1.3mm)

I have joined the DX340 family! Loving it so far, but really weird issues with battery. In between listening sessions, the battery would drain really bad. Like could be from 70% to 40%. I think one time I accidentally hit the play button on the side, so I disabled the side buttons while screen is off. Still, when I return to it, with no music playing, the battery still drains and it's slightly warm. The only thing I have installed is Youtube and Apple Music, and uninstalled the nonessentials like aptoide, etc. I'll factory reset and see if that changes anything.

Yes unfortunately this is a common theme. I posted about this thing a few pages back. Lots of discussion on this topic. I have started keeping my device off while not in use for this reason. Others have done a fair bit of tweaking to their devices to improve battery life. I would say mine seems to have improved after a few charging cycles. I have no data to back that up though :)

Yes it is weird. The first time I know for a fact I pressed the play button. But the other times I didn't, and when I felt the device I'm like hmm a little warm. But I check no apps are running, checked the battery and running services nothing weird going on there.

Calibrate the batteries. This has happened to me a few times, but it hasn't happened in a few days.

Resetting won't change anything.

Some statistics:

- after 7 hours in idle mode, the battery drained by 1%;
- after 3.5 hours in idle mode, the battery charge level hasn't changed;
- I think that today in battery playback mode (without Wi-Fi) I will easily exceed 10 hours (counting from 100%) - after about 8 hours of playback I still have 31%;

This is how I calibrated the batteries:

1. Turn off battery saver.

2. Discharge the batteries to 0 until the player turns off.

2. Charge to 100% (when it's turned off).

3. Turn it on and use it normally until it discharges to 0 and turns off (turn on all boost modes if you want to discharge your device faster, but I wouldn't)

4. Just don't use DC, because both batteries should "talk" to each other and discharge evenly.

5. Try charging in Android mode to 100% a second time and discharge the battery to 0 until the device turns off.

6. Repeat step 5.

One other thing. I'm in apple music, and start playing music, and either the screen turns off or I turn the screen off. Next time I turn on the screen to either check music change songs, etc when I unlock it always go back to the launcher home screen. Doesnt stay in the apple music app. Drives me nuts. Does it happen to anyone else?

If you cycle the batteries properly you should be getting approx 8 hours or more in Android mode no DC power use. At least that's what I'm getting with no mods. Note I have used my DX340 everyday since it's release...
Is that 8 hours of active use or active/idle use?

I have it actively used and lasts more than 8 hours with firmware debloats and so. That is me sleeping listening and burning in overnight and then wake up charging it.

The batteries have to be calibrated, period. If there is fault reading, even if the batteries are charged, the wrong readings can have the player shut down

Sorry to ask this as I might have missed this detail, but is it true that the battery indicator summarizes both the digital and analog battery readings? Or is it only showing the one of the batteries only?
