Do iBasso do repairs ? I wrapped my IEMs around it put it in my back pocket and sat down in the car with it still there - cracked the screen.

Sure they do. I even needed a battery for my DX100 that is over 10 years old and they had the battery for it!

Great. I have contacted Bloom Audio (purchased March 2023) and they are contacting their iBasso representative. Hoping it isn't a horrendous price.

I know screens aren't cheap, at least not the good ones and from my experience, ibasso uses some good screens. I have also found them to be very reasonable on prices, especially compared to many companies that more than double what they pay for something.

Nope. You will have to use a third party app for that (i.e. Neutron, UAPP, Hiby, Mediamonkey, etc...).

It has been a while back but I had a repair done and it took a few days at ibasso and then about 4 days shipping by DHL. I don't remember how long it took to get there.
