I think i will wait for the MAX version with ROHMs or the newest AKMs. It can be a matter of 1/2-1 year. Im willing to put an extra 600e (just guessing) to have a real flagship from IBasso. If its gonna be as big as the last versions, will skip it and go for the regular dx320 but maybe with new amp12 already.

Even if new Amp12 are seeing the production, it will have trade off vs the current Amp12. There will always be law of physics and it limitations

Not sure which color I should pick. All my DAPs are black except the silver ZX-507. I like the DX320 in Dark Blue but I'm not sure if will look good with the dark green included leather case.

I don’t even use my dx300 with a case. It adds in the bulkiness. Just use it as is

I dont think so. Its probably from 3.5mm with a standard flac. From 4.4 im guessing around 8,5 h. These dacs are monsters.

I also suspecting the same. Hence that is why Dx300 is still a Joyce to have. Going strongly 16 hours balanced 4.4mm and never heat up

For me around 12h from 4,4 on high gain and streaming. Its crazy with such a power!

I won’t be sweet talking Ibasso but I do intend to buy the DX320, that’s the only reason the M17 isn’t already in my collection.

The way I see it, I can connect my iPhone to a Burson desktop amp for a first class listening experience and buy a DX240 or some other decently priced portable DAP all for approximately $2000.

It can’t be more than 5 years ago when I would spend indiscriminately on the creme dela creme, but nowadays I get more satisfaction giving throwaway money to charity. It’s popular being a brand ambassador but that doesn’t edify me.

A poster coined it well that Ibasso is grounded; I agree and is the reason I am posting here and not the in the élite thread.

I personally am not a huge fan of the THX circuit in the Fiio players--too "bombastic" as I've found with my M11 Pro. For that reason alone I'm very interested in the DX320 when the reviews start coming in.

Not sure if it's been mentioned here, but we may not have long to wait according to little description addition from Moon...
