it is shocking they keeping it on older android when the CPU supports all the way to 15.
they have the cheaper 180 on newer version so have no reasons not to
It's likely at time of development they had not started using 13. 260 has same. Cpu as Dx320 just less ram. They have limited dev staff so put newer products as priority. They will get around it one day. It's not going to improve SQ to goto 13. If you want most out of 260 it needs to be rooted and optimized.

Has anyone here used the Casse-O-Player?
I don't know why it doesn't show the cassette tapes on my DX260?
Is this due to the Android version?

I know it's not the best sounding player, but it's fun!

Hi, I'm having trouble with the Hiby Music app. The sound cuts out randomly for microseconds, the gapless mode works only sometimes. Also, the app cuts the beginning of songs when they are selected from the library.

Any ideas how to solve this issues?

PD: The app works flawless on my M11 Plus ESS.

Maybe try: Remove (Uninstall), And then Re-Install the App. Sometimes an installation gets corrupted.

What device is it NOT working on? (Only see that it IS working on your M11...)

Thanks for your answer, I will try to uninstalling and rei-install the app. Hiby works fine on my M11 Plus ESS. The issues i described are on DX260.

Could be slow SD card. That was a problem for me. No issues with music from local storage. But that doesn't explain why fiio worked flawless tho, maybe different buffering methods on devices? There is no setting to change buffering.

Has IBasso disabled LHDC codec via bluetooth? It has Bluetooth 5.0 which should support it.
LHDC is from Huawei. This is not supported and never stated that it was supported.

That is not correct. Its created by Savitech and its already part of Android open Source project so should be easy to implement.
I will look into this further but at this point, it is not supported.

Hello, I have successfully completed the update. Now you can add missing album covers. But how? I can only load a cover for each track individually, but the cover is still missing in the album view. After scanning the library, the loaded covers have disappeared again. I don't know this from my Fiio m17. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Can you send me a couple of albums that aren't working so we can check this out? You can use WeTransfer and send them to paul@ibasso.com and to service@ibasso.com and please state the issue. Also on the DX260 under System is Feedback. It is a good way to send us a log file, which shows issues. Thank you.
