Know how different each app sounds on pc myself. And thanks for suggesting soundlab (when finally get to rebuild my pc will need a goo playback app).
Believe last thing was using when still played with pc was HQplayer.
Till then all my listening is done with my dx240.

You won't want that for playback. Costly and not a friendly way. I'm not into PCs as players in general. In the old days I was using that ASIO via firewire with a Wiess Int 202 (DICE II) interface to get a proper dig out. Current asy USB is about as good but not up to my dedicated kit.

Considering the hearing aids you've tested, which ones do you think are the best heard with the DX240, both in-ear and over-ear?

Does somebody know the root-cause of this kind of issue : sometimes when I connect earphones and I push play, then the song goes on, but there is no sound in the earphone, it is necessary to remove earphone and to connect them again. It happens on Mango Player and Tidal, amp8 MK2. I haven't tried another app.

I would do a factory reset.

I've experienced this with my Amp8 Mk2, but I haven't seen it since I started using the 4.4 balanced output, never seen it on my Amp 5 mod.
So, think it may be peculiar to the 3.5mm output on the Amp8 Mk2?

You can always defeat the player stops when you pull the headphone option. Should remain live.

If I recall correctly, that doesn't make any difference.
And as Octavius says the App is happily playing away but you hear nothing from the headphone output.
I suspect something is not switching correctly on the Amp8 card until you re-insert the jack.

I have to mention that I've set on apps to stop the music when earphones are disconnected, but i'dont think that there is any connection between these 2 moments.
I'll perform reset, but again I don't think that is a software glitch, but I might be wrong. Will try 4.4 mm with first occasion, just wanted to know if it's known issue or not.

They both have a Line Out Phone Out holes however I
do not know which Amps they are supposed to fit and they probably were part of set I got when I purchased my Dx 240 .
I do not have any more apart from face plates on my spare Amp 1 Mark 3 and Amp 8 Mark 2 which I hope to shift at some point

Yes that was it I got mine I believe from Amp3 in the UK back when the dx240 first came out . They may have stock left although I think they were more expensive at the time than your find.
