I'm on my second pair of S4As (the Android version, otherwise presumably the same). The first pair gave out in less than a year, and I've had teh second pair for a year  - however, I don't use them in the gym or for running, I have a cheap pair of Philips something or other that have a hard plastic neck band which sound OK and are very durable.
 
The Klipsch's in my experience just aren't rugged enough for the gym I'm afraid, the wire's too thin and one ear or the other will give out. They sound great though, excellent bang for the buck,so they have been my commuting phones...
