Is it possible at all for these to have driver flex?
I'm hearing a popping sound in the right channel when inserting them in my ear (no audio).

No.

Today I contested many IEMs to Moondrop Variations which included many hit charts like qdc Anole VX, UM MEST MKII, See Audio Yume, Mangird Tea, Moondrop Blessing2/Dusk, Thieaudio Monarch, Softears RSV, etc etc.
SA6 made me realize that it has best BA timbre among all BA based IEM which does not exclude legendary Anole VX too.
Another thing surprised me about SA6 is that the tonal consistency and overall coherence, it hit top tiers. The only nitpick I could found was layering when compared to those 10 drivers and little extra silky trebles of those Sonion EST drivers are good at.

I’m on list if DUNU releases SA10 or 12 with full BA. No need EST because I personally found EST drivers has limited capability in illustrating image depth(it’s 8K resolution but the image is rather flat).

@DUNU-Topsound Has there been any news released about the Dunu Zen Pro? I was thinking about picking up a Zen but just saw this retweet this morning. https://twitter.com/DUNU_Japan/status/1413719470892195844
ZEN PRO is something that exists, but is still undergoing validation tests for the international market.

There will be an expansion of the Studio series in the future, with all-BA, DD + BA, and BA + EST model offerings. That's all we can say for now, and currently we don't have anything new to announce for the Studio series for the remainder of the year.

Picked up a used set of SA6 3 weeks ago. Love the tonality but the cable is thick, quite unyieldy and heavy for portable use, although I love the versatility of the changeable connectors. I ordered an ISN S4, wondering if it’s a good sonic match. Also curious about the Dunu DUW-02 (pictured) if anyone has experience. It doesn’t look to be the cable that comes stock with SA6. Wondering if it’s less thick and more lightweight.

When will the new Falcon Pro come out?
Most likely at the end of the month. We'll make a formal announcement when the time comes. Right now, the schedule is ZEN PRO first, with FALCON PRO in very quick succession. You can look at them as being released simultaneously.

SA6/Zen comes with the DUW-03. While the EST112 comes with the DUW-02S. If I am not wrong, the DK-2001 came with the DUW-02.

Many of these cables come as standard equipment on our current products (paired cables utilize overmolded connectors instead of a generic cylindrical connector), such as the EST 112 (DUW-02S), DK-2001 (DUW-02), DK-3001 PRO (LYRE), DK-4001 (NOBLE), 17th Anniversary Limited Edition (CHORD), Studio SA6 (DUW-03), ZEN (DUW-03), and LUNA (special variant of the NOBLE, codenamed 'STELLAR'). However, we have several standalone products as well, such as the HULK, VIRIDIAN, BLANCHE, and MANDATE. VIRDIAN and MANDATE are only available in Asia.

hello. I know I’m asking obvious question, but does the “PRO” index in Falcon PRO means that the philosophy of its sound focused on neutral, balanced presentation, rather than V-shaped?

p.s
Oh, nevermind, I found this
But... don't you want to avoid becoming a know-it-all?
🧠

When it comes time to really spill the beans, we will, but for now we'll give an abbreviated version:
  • FALCON PRO, successor to the FALCON-C from 4 years ago in 2017
  • Chrome finish and frosted throwback logo pattern to differentiate it from its matte black predecessor
  • Brand new 10 mm driver inside, designed around our ECLIPSƎ principles (i.e. independent surround, wide diameter dome, high magnetic flux motor)
  • Measurable tuning targets for frequency response, THD, phase, etc. are all based around our latest standards for performance
  • Sound signature is intended to be bright-neutral, but with the goal of minimizing harshness; it will be dramatically different from the very obviously V-shaped response of the FALCON-C
  • New interchangeable tuning nozzle kit; currently there will be two: balanced (default), and bass-enhanced
  • New modular plug system with a new cable
  • Pricing is meant to be reasonable and within the realm of its previous incarnation

Regarding @Slater --- we don't know how much is appropriate to mention in a public forum, but we did have contact with his family members a couple of months ago, and perhaps it would be appropriate to mention that he is doing a bit better now than before.
