This was absolutely great! Thank you @Koolpep for organizing this and everyone who could make it and bring all that amazing gear. Met some great people, listened to some great equipment, and was overall a great time. Most memorable things were the HE-6, the Grado PS-1000's, @punit's Cavalli amp, and how (In my opinion) terrible the Audeze EL-8's sounded. 

 
All in all, it was absolutely great seeing everyone there, thank you @Mazen4samma3a and Dubai Audio for bringing in some gear, and hope we do this again in the near future.

Honestly I was not expecting this much crowed and gear. Salute to @Koolpep , @punit and @Mazen4samma3a for organizing a perfect event. you guys were really kind to take time and explain about the gear and give great recommendations. This event really changed how I looked at my own gear and gave me an idea what I was missing. You guys rock.  Really looking forward to another meet.

First of all thanks to all of you great people who came to the meet - you have made this meet a bigger success than I could have dreamt of. 
 
@Mazen4samma3a and @punit for getting this off the ground and sharing such an abundance of gear with us. Samma3a had the whole line up of Westone, Aurisonics, Grados, Fiio,Hifiman, Bravo Audio, Vmoda lots of personal stuff as well, eye popping things. Dubai Audio for arranging the controversial EL8 (it continues to polarize between amazing and bah), the pleasing Oppo OM-3 and the HA1! I thought the PM3 matched my shirt very well in white
 
@RHA @RHA Team for arranging the MA750 and T10 - who received so much praise and and quite some: "I will have to buy these", comments! Especially after hearing the fair pricing in the local market.
 
@Adamora for introducing Master & Dynamic to us (stunning lookers and I loved the magnetic ear pads - and the MH40 sounded fab!!) and also for the Bloc N Roc headphone that were totally new to me.
 
It was also the first time I ever saw a Chord Hugo (and even managed to listen to it) and the freakishly amazing binaural recording device (microphones in the earphone guys) from Roland that Dirk brought. What an amazing experience.
 
Since I got so many questions: The pizza was from www.pitfiredubai.ae - and yes, they are awesome too
 
To everyone who deserved to be mentioned and I forgot - tell me!! I will add this here, it's late and my brain is not working anymore...

here are the things ive learned from today's meetup.

- synergy is the key
- that HE-560 can match toe to toe with LCD-X
- HM-901 seems the best DAP in terms of SQ, except AK's 240 is all about quality and looks and that UI
- Cavali Audio Liquid Glass can make any HP sound perfect
- you dont need TOTL HP to enjoy music. the market is filled with fun cans from M&D, Oppo and Grado
- IEM's have gone way better now
- Planar Magnetic sounds better with SS than tubby
- @punit collection are massively expensive

it was really great, a porno dream became reality!
 
I tried to focus only on few things, otherwise with so many gear I was going in confusion!
and I have got a clearer idea how to drive properly the LCD3!
some thought:
 
1.it was very nice to see how the average age is pretty young (in italy i m always the mascotte with Matusalems already arrived at their own conclusions!)
   for this reason i was impressed and very happy to see that Punit is young!! (and very easy going!) ..with all that toys I thought was one of them!
 
2. I partecipate on headfi from such a long time, but then i see pictures of my gf that she doen t have even an account.. ok, i guess she s better looking than me!
 
3. where was Shiniiiii???!!!!
