I've noticed that the JH13 Pros and JH 16 Pros have different impedances.  Jh 13 is 28 ohms while JH 16 is only 18 ohms.  Correct me if I'm wrong but an ipod Classic is supposed to be 32 ohms so would there be a difference in terms of how the ipod would drive either pair of IEMS?
 
Is it better to go for JH16s if I only want to use it directly with an ipod?
 
I do have a portable amp the Mini3 but I don't plan on carrying it around.
 
In terms of sound I like neutral but I've heard the JH16s have a very full bass but not overpowering.  The price different is so small that I'm not too sure which one I want...

JH16Pro are easier to drive through ipod classic and they get louder than JH13Pro without using AMPs on same volume level. The most head-fiers preffier JH16Pro with ipod use only and it's gives more spacious soundstage, better bass.

I don't use an amp with my 16's....straight out of my iPhone 4. They sound good.  Always around half volume or less.
