K501 fits your description almost perfectly.
But it may not give you much of a sonic downgrade when you listen to calssical/jazz

I would probably go for the ms2 or 2i for something different and totally awesome but if you want something similar with just the leaner sounding bass, you could try senns own 555/595. I have a 555 and i think it is a very good buy. Ignore them for the first few hours of use though...break them in well!
