I recently bought Meelectronics mp9 and i was wondering if double flanged eartips actually make a difference because im used to using the normal single tip eartips. thanks

The doubles will certainly offer more isolation than the single, triples even more. You'll have to experiment in order to find out if the sound to your ears is altered.
