Today I replaced the c13 with a new cap yet there's still no output and D1 is not illuminated at all. Is there any suggestion where else I need to check?
Does this mean my hiface gone?

This is a Twisted Pear Buffalo 1? Not sure if you ever confirmed that or not.
D1 is Lock, which comes off the DAC chip. Other than checking voltages according to the schematic, maybe poke around on TP's forum on diyaudio? I would also try another source to verify that there is even a problem with the DAC.
