I ordered several weeks ago but things didn't work out, so the last couple weeks I emailed 4 + times but didn't get any response, the site says "all orders are final" does that mean you can't cancel and get a refund? I know these IEM companies are strict

not sure about the cancellation policy but if they started work on them the answer would be no. You may want to pick up the phone and call them them M-F 9-5 EST.

well they didnt start work because I never got impressions or sent anything in,

even though I never sent anything in, so they have no physical thing to work with, and they haven't lost any time working on my order.

You haven't sent them any impressions, they have yet to start on your order, and they won't let you cancel?  Bad.

Have your credit card company cancel the order. There's often a process for this.

as long as you don't send them impressions they can't deliver you a product.

What was the order for?  I know that they are doing a special case for the JH-3A orders where you can cancel them.  As for anything else call the company and talk to them.  They seem a pretty agreeable bunch.
