Actually, the standard Lisa III is $600 and yes...a charger can be found for fairly cheap.

The Lisa III and PSU (Lisa Lab Power) set are in fact $925. If you are going to use your Lisa as a home unit a fair bit...the Lisa Lab Power is the way to go.
