I'm heavily considering some higher end IEMs, I just sold my headphones to either go all IEM or closed backed headphones. I was wondering if anybody was using them exclusively as well, can you, and do you amp them with home amps?

I dont personally, but thats not because i dont want to, but mainly because of a lack of funds right now. Many people are using high end IEM's with home amps. Like for the jh-13's, i know people are using the Apache, WA6, and DNA Sonett all to great affect, and probably others that i havent heard about. You just have to make sure that the gain isnt too high onthe amp, or that it has selectable gain.

With the Shure se530s not missing my silver cabled Senn 580s
