Do you live in a rural or urban area?

Houston, Texas..pretty urban but very spread out city. Getting from point A to B sometimes takes awhile not because of traffic, but because of distance.

I do miss living in Oregon. I used to live just outside the city, next to a park. Deer would wander through the parking lot. Also lived a couple years in a city of 7,000. The quiet and huge garage I had were great. The isolation, not so much. Sometimes, the only thing you could do was wander the aisles at Rite-Aid looking at stuff.

What part of Oregon?

I live in Corvallis right now for school. 50,000 people when school is in session. 27,000 when school is not in session. Big time college town. Though once done I am going to move back to Portland where i was born and raised.

Right off River Road South in Salem, across from Minto Brown Park on the Willamette. I lived there while going to Willamette Law. After first year, I clerked for a guy in Corvallis - I do like it down there. We'd occasionally wander down to drink at Squirrel's. Spent third year clerking up in Portland - so I've spent quite a bit of time there, too. I love it, actually, my entire family is crazy about Portland. We keep tossing around the idea of selling everything in LA and moving there.
