Do OP AMPS make a differnce in digital connections?

Do OP AMPS make a difference in digital connections? I have a creative x-fi titanium hd and a logitech Z5500 connected through TOS link.  Wondering if upgrading the OP Amps will make a difference in sound. Thanks in advance!

Save your money. Opamp is only going to affect the analog part your sound card.
