Definitely not. there you need completely different polymers-adhesives, primers

No, it is a primer, for greater adhesion of the polymer to mylar and aluminum

just did a test with sla printer resin and some kitchen aluminum foil and food wrap, works somewhat, I can still peel it apart but it's definitely sticking
