I have a friend that gave me an elma 04A2R00 attenuator (without the resistors) and I want to use it to make a passive attenuator and 2:2 switch like the JDS OL Switcher.

Can any of you point me in the right direction on how to create something like that and what resistor values I should use?

the 2:2 switch can be done with smaller, simpler SPDT switches.
