The pictures in the listing shows 7 bundles of 7 cores per bundle. You may want to ask the seller if the cable they are selling looks like the ones in the pictures in the listing? Sometimes their English is not that good.

Unfortunately, the conversation was not to be misunderstood.

But - the previously tested OCC wire diameters are 0.2mm and 0.37mm at 2mm², with the finer one being more high-resolution. However, all possible diameters are still available in 19-strand bundles: 0.183mm at 0.5mm², 0.224mm at 0.75mm², 0.259mm at 1mm², and 0.317mm at 1.5mm². And the possibility of mixing them makes me excitedly nervous... let's say.

Just be aware that the burn-in without a cable cooker could be quite long because of the amount of Teflon dielectric with such a cable build.

I have never seen this wire with 19 solid core. But I think you are correct about the 7 bundles of 7 core per bundle. Oops, just checked the actual wire. The recent order I received was for 10m of 2.0mm (14ga.) and it appears to be the 7 bundles of 7 core per bundle.

Dam I just checked the wire that just arrived and it seems to be not the 49 strand ones. Its just straight wire. That said, I did a quick count and it was like 30 cores. So maybe i got something else after all. The photos, looking back now, is saying i bought the 19 strand version. But that's not what I got.

I wonder if we could just buy the smaller gauge ones and run multiple twisted cores to mimic the quantity/thickness of the previous 49 cores?

Have been experimenting with the Oyaide NRF-005T for about 2.5 hours. I do not have time tonight to get into detail what I learned so far. I will report in a couple of days. I will say I like this Oyaide noise reduction tape. I also have the MWA series which is a EMI reduction tape, what the NRF-005T does is very different. Most importantly is that it does not effect tonal balance or have any negatives that I can detect so far. Not much info or reviews on this material either which is a bit surprising. Not that expensive either. With expedited shipping via FedEx was $83.73 all in. Ordered 10/8 and got it today 10/11 from Japan, surprisingly fast. This tape is 15mm wide by 4 meters long.

Here is where I purchased the NRF-005T:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/256642357380

After ordering the tape I received a message from the seller asking if I had any questions? Or if I would like to expedite the shipping for an extra cost? The expedited shipping was $10. Otherwise for $73.73 would take up to 30 days for economy shipping. Smooth and easy transaction. More to come...

thanks, really thinking of trying it out

i just tested some copper tape on the dac chip of my interface, the difference is quite huge, which was kinda surprising so im now even more curious... :)

i just wonder whether there are more alternatives, i remember like some EMI filtering "sheets"

i also have a (partial) report:

my 3d printing primer cubes arrived, i paid in the end 55,98 euro for 10 pieces at 50,5% scale, they were cheaper because they came with slight errors from the 3d printer
i probably will use a few for myself, but if one is interested in one hit me up its 6 euro per piece + shipping from germany (you need to source and glue the magnets yourself, you need 5x5x5mm cube ones)

im half done now building one (3 out of 5 rows filled with magnets, waiting for the glue to dry) and the effect is already pretty audible... probably the best standalone tweak i tried since some time but i will do some more listening, tho first impression is it sounds alot "smoother/more natural" than previous neodym tweaks and it also comes with this "immersive" property, speakers literally scaled up in size... :)

`Pictures ?

GhoostKnight I definitely want to try these, how many do you recommend? If you're willing to ship to Canada I'm in!

my first version looks a bit messy, best is to use superglue and you might get it together somewhat clean (tho, the more magnets are in the harder it gets to place new ones)
you also see the print errors on the left on the back, its a bit rougher texture, nothing major
the "top" (bowl) side is nicely printed

well i have only tested one so far, imo the effect is already quite noticable, just like other magnet tweaks, but i will definitely test 1 per side (currently i placed it on one of my grounding boxes)

just hit me a PM i will look up shipping cost

-----

there are some sources if you wanna know more about the "primer cube", tho i havent dived deep myself, it was a new esoteric thing to test and i was still curious about magnetism, so here we are x)

I thought it was originally you that mentioned this just came out about 1.5 years or so ago. This material is very interesting. I need more time experimenting with it to be able to properly opine on it. I like what it does and is very different than the Oyaide MWA EMI tape.

Interested to hear your impressions on that tape.
