What are the best options for a fully discrete head amp / dac solution for portable use? Any views on the ibasso d2 boa?

Don't think there are ANY fully discrete portable headphone amps, at least none commercially available.

The D2 Boa is a decent unit, but it's a little bright and lean in bass.
