Hey all,
Got the shure 750dj and wanted smaller ones so i got the ath-ckx915 sonic feul, but the sound is insufficient , so i wondered if i should buy diff headphones (like shure se215) or keep the ath ones and get an amp, if so, what portable amp? (mainly listening from iPhone5).

I vote different headphones unless your music is really bad sounding to begin with.
 
An amp does not magically alter the sound into Nirvana.

An amp wont work with the 5, you can't get an analogue line out, unless you use the headphone out which IMHO is pointless.
I think it's a poor sounding source, a Clip sounds better to me.
