As I said before, I'll be in CA that weekend. If Ken is going to the meet and is willing or has time to pick up my Electrocompaniet ECD-1, you are welcome to use it with one of your many amps (it has digital coax and optical input, balanced XLR and SE RCA output). Of course, asr is the king of sources so maybe he'll have something...

I might be able to make it, though drive is kinda long (215 miles). If I attend, I'll bring the Dynahi. I kindly request that you compile the audio gear coming (if there are enough DACs on the list it will push me to come

Are you from Oklahoma City? I just checked my trip distance on googlemaps and it was 215 miles. You won't be alone in the distance you're going.

Asr is even flying in from further away.

That's amazing coincidence that Austin and Oklahoma City are equidistant to Plano. Glad you are making the trip.

If anybody could bring a pair of ESW9s/HFI-780s I'd be greatly indebted.

I drive from 450 miles away. Of coarse I'm originally from a state that makes Texas look small.

My schedule for Jan is finally locked in..I'll be there. Is there any advantage in getting there before 9:00 AM to help folks set up?

The doors to the library open at 9AM so getting there more than a few minutes early won't get you much.

Yes, and looks like the BH will be there as a contrast. Losing the custom wound trannie just bites, so we'll see how bad (not if) the replacement iron impacts the sound.
