Perhaps a dumb question, but are you powering it on after connecting it to your pc?
Yes, but my computer can’t read it.
And I’m no stranger to dac/amps. I’ve owned dozens and none gave me this much of a headache to connect to my computer.

Ha, sorry, just asking the obvious. Beyond making sure that it's plugged into the charging port when updating firmware, I don't recall having to do anything special to get windows to recognize it.

I have ZERO clue what to do. This is going to be a $700 paperweight if I can’t get it to work.

It has firmware preloaded, or at least it should, but there have been a bunch of firmware updates that haven't been trivial. You'll probably want to update to the latest. Check dethonray.com for the files and detailed instructions.
That said, outside of the occasional firmware updates, I've found it to be pretty much plug-and-play.
I did checked the websites and downloaded a bunch of programs under “Dethonray Honey H1”. Still didn’t work.
It’s definitely not my computer’s fault. It can read my FIIO and Chord amps just fine, so the fault falls on this dumb amp.

Besides, are you using Windows or IOS? I think it’s plug-and-play for iOS users. I’m on windows.

I use it on my windows pc, macbook, and iphone. All work well.

I’m using the online manual right now. I tried to but I can’t find asio in the foobar.
