Somehow I don’t like having the LG V40 as a transport for the H1. What other users use as transport for H1?

regards,
Simon
I have been using two Hiby system players, Hiby R3 pro and Hidizs AP80. Initially they both were dropping the connection during shuffle play, but since updating the Honey to firmware 2.0, I have not had a problem. Both of these are small light players that will handle up to 2TB micro sd cards. When I want to stream, I just connect my Android phone, that works fine.

I have the impression that the battery life is much shorter with fw 2.0.

I get 8 hours on SE and 6 hours on 4.4mm.

On the other side, the sound is now getting out of this world in the portable realm. Warm yet perfectly defined. Immense. Layering and imaging are just perfect for my taste.

@anson: what’s the deal with the battery life?

+1 with Hiby R2 changing bit rate e.g: 24bit to 16 bit causing mute
