Are you talking about the 15 inch or the 17? Because I'm quite certain that the 15 inch doesn't have that resolution, which really kills it for CG people like me, and add on to the fact that it's a Mac.


i have a 17" PB. is there no other way to up the rez w/ a program of some sort?

bleh.. I still need more screen space.
It's not quite 1080p yet.

You're limited by the physical number of pixels in the LCD.

Still going strong with 1024x768 on my 15" Studio Display (Yes, it still works!)

Heh, it's funny that you're talking about how things have changed lately but yet failed to notice that widescreen computer screens have boomed in popularity

(btw, I really don't like the idea of widescreen on computers)

Also there's always been plenty of people using 1600x1200. You should probably recreate the poll.
