Naw, Steve Jobs is probably wearing the Apple IEMs (AKA the ADDIEMs... I haven't been here long, but I'm assuming it means: Apple Does Do IEMs)...

It stands for Apple Dual Driver IEM.

But honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if he has customs or something. I don't think he'd want to be caught listening to music outside of home anyway, it doesn't seem like his style.

Hmm, I assumed it was short for Attention Deficiency Disorder IEMs.
