Good deal on D5000. I was wondering how much different compare to D2000.

I've owned both hp's twice. I'd say that there is a substantial upgrade from the d2k to the d5k. There is a lot of refinement from the first to the second. Both are a fun listen. The wooden cups tame the treble and bring the mids out in a nice smooth way on the d5k.
