I'm really looking forward to upgrading my headphones and I have my heart set on the Denon AH-D2000's. The only problem is that my budget is only about $200 firm. I thought I had found a few places where these were available for under $200, but then I heard that all of those were falsies due to Denon cracking down on unauthorized dealers or something.

Is there any place I could grab a set for less than $200? Any chance at all? I'm desperate here!

Thanks so much in advance!

Doubt I can wait much. Plus I do not really trust used stuff especially due to my location.

Plus paypal never sent the 4 digit code for me to be able to use over $100 on Ebay so they robbed me $2 on that so basically my paypal account is useless.

So I will stick to Amazon and other sites that accept international credit cards.

Umm NO

Temporarily Sold Out.

Why do you say things like in stock you just got me so excited only to visit and be disappointed all over. Please do not give false hope next time cause I just been so disappointed I never felt this disappointed in my life.

maby somethings just was not to be and the D2000 just was not meant to be.
I guess I will have to settle with the ultrasone hifi 780.

If you only know how bad I wanted those D2000 since tie first day I laid eyes on them. But some things in life was just meant to be. If it was $200 I can afford but nothing more than that.

I am going to get so frustrated soon and say to hell with it and just Buy a Logitech Z5500 speaker system and a cheap $5 coby headphone and get back to my normal life. My life was just fine before I sold by Z2300 and started this expensive audio hobby. Only reason I sold my Z2300 cause most of the time I could not play loud music.

I guess its gonna be either the D2000 or the 780 Hi Fi but from what I gather the D2000 is better cause of it does not cause ear drum fatigue and has better soundstage and are more comfortable.

(so I hear)

I hear the 780 has the most powerful bass on earth. Of any headphone in existence. Minus the edition 9 I wonder how true this is?

I hear the Bass on the 780 beats the Grado GS1000 and Denon D7000.
