Hello all- I have 4G 20GB iPod that I would like to sell but would like to first empty all the songs from the device but have only figured out how to delete individual songs and with about 2000 songs it would take a while so is there a way to at least delete entire albums or all songs/albums at once ?
I am using Windows and iTunes 7.1 (I think it's 7.1, it is I believe the most recent version).

You could've also used CTRL-A where all the songs are listed in iTunes & press delete. Pretty simple.

Now would be a great time to load the current firmware. One of the options is a destructive load, which would format the ipod first.
