They're basically the same thing. There's no such thing as a true 75 ohm RCA.

I'm using "standard analog RCA" Audioquest Coral for coaxial connection. Also I've tried lots of different analog cables.

it's exactly the same thing. the 75ohm impedance refers to something else, not to the DC resistance of the cable.

if it's just a temporary solutio

but generally best to get a proper digital coaxial made for carrying that stuff - at least in the case of BJC has differences in shielding and also the cable doesnt have an impedance of 75ohms but tries to go in 75ohms and come out the other end 75ohms

*shrug* didn't work for me when i tried connecting my Sony DVD player to the Receiver with a regular RCA via coaxial output/input.

At the moment I use a 3.5mm to 2 x RCA cable from the SB Live!24-bit to a RCA/BNC adapter to the BNC input of my Zhaolu and it works just great

there doesn't seem to be any problems i can tell from using a regular rca instead of the 75 ohm pin inserted plugs...

i did that for a few days while i waited for new parts to arrive, sounded pretty bad.
in the comparison to the digital cable i built at least.
