I've been looking at reviews and many websites for headphones within this price range and the only headphones that come up are the AKG K240's which I think are my only option...
What do you guys think? And if you have some k240's tell me how they are.

The K240 is a good semi-open can but requires an amp with many low power devices.  It is less suited for for portable use.

good for pops, jazz..dancefloor music.

I would prefer the Takstar HD2000. It has good sound quality and also a nice price.
