as stated in title,i have seen many mp3 players on the market now,having a hard time to choose.

Requirement:
At Least 32GB of memory (including using SD card expansion.)
Good Sound Quality output
nothing above $300 US.

Sansa Clip+ with a 32gb card. Seriously my TF10 sound awesome out of my Sansa Clip original + rockbox. Should cost you under $100.

-12 on the volume is very loud, and it goes to +6 with rockbox. And of course everyone loves the sound quality, especially for the price
