I've never liked in-ear headphones. I've tried them a couple of time and didn't really like the feeling and fit inside my ear. I've always been concerned about how close the in-ear headphones are to my eardrum.  But I've always wanted to give in-ear headphones another try. My question is it a legitimate concern to be worried about damage from in-ear headphones? How does the sound compare between in-ear vs full-size headphones?
