from 3.5mm, cel4145
suggested me to use 3.5 to rca converter

http://www.amazon.co.uk/kenable-3-5mm-Stereo-Sockets-Adapter/dp/B004HTHI6O/ref=sr_1_13?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1442568437&sr=1-13&keywords=3.5mm+to+phono+adaptor

Something like this should do the job fine. You could pay a bit more and get one that is better quality. The sound won't be any different to using the 3.5mm jack. It is the same signal so it would work fine with the E10k.
With my E10, I use a 3.5mm to phono cable out the like out to feed the signal to my Pioneer Amplifier and speakers. I use the headphone amplifier to drive my headphones. It does a great job. The E10k should be fine if you get this sort of adaptor.

Yep. JDS Labs explains that the potential for any possible difference between 3.5mm and RCA: http://blog.jdslabs.com/?tag=rca-jacks. Note that the reason they decided to have an RCA jack version of the ODAC Is because customers want it, not because they believed it necessary:

"With all of that said, it’s easier to build products customers want, than to convince everyone that what we’re building is the best solution."

I got you, but like I said, I am a OCD person, can't stand 3.5mm instead of RCA potentially effecting sound quality even though most not likely
