Hey all,
I’m looking to upgrade from the Maverick Tubemagic D1 DAC to something a little sturdier. Budget less than $1000.
I need a similar number number of inputs (1 RCA, 1 optical, 1 coax, 1 USB) and outputs (2 RCA at least). Any advice/hints? As of right now, out out of the little D1 I’m going to an integrated amplifier (HK3490) and my headphone amplifier (Schiit Lyr). Inputs are coax from the CD player, RCA from the HK receiver (so the turntable can link to the headphone amp), USB from my computer, and optical from the cable box. Your help is greatly appreciated!
