after reading the reviews and threads on the D3, i decided to go for it, but the ibasso website says it's out of stock.. i wonder when will it be back in stock, and will the price change

Is there any other places or websites i can buy it from?
do u guys have any idea with the price and the date ?

That would probably be your best bet to find out when they'll be in stock again.

iBasso made an initial production run of 100 units. They sold slowly until the favorable reviews started being posted, then sold out quickly. They will be back soon, never fear. I think the D3 will prove to be one of iBassos mainstays.

The D3 is a superb sounding unit! It makes amps costing 2X to 3X sound dull by comparison.
